About Me
Hi, I’m Kyleigh Bright. I’ve been providing therapy services for over ten years and am currently pursuing my LCSW, which has been a personal and professional goal for the past several years. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients across the lifespan—from children to adults—in a variety of settings including residential treatment, advocacy centers for survivors of domestic and sexual violence, and community mental health organizations.

Originally from Tennessee, I now live in Nashville with my partner and our two small children. My lived experiences—as a parent, professional, and advocate—continue to shape the way I show up for my clients every day.
My Approach
I approach therapy as a collaborative partnership, where safety, trust, and authenticity are the foundation. My priority is helping clients feel seen and affirmed, especially when doing deep work around trauma, identity, or self-worth.

I use evidence-based modalities like CBT, TF-CBT, and Motivational Interviewing, and I tailor each session to meet the needs of the individual. I work from a trauma-informed, person-centered lens and believe that healing happens when clients are empowered to move at their own pace, with the right support behind them.
My Message to You
Everyone deserves a space where they feel safe enough to explore, unpack, and grow. I consider it an honor to walk alongside people during some of the most vulnerable and transformative seasons of their lives. Whether you’re navigating trauma, working through anxiety or depression, or simply trying to find your footing again—I’m here to help.
A Little More About Me
-
Who I Work With Most:
I work with individuals of all ages, but I especially enjoy supporting children, teens, and young adults. I often work with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and identity development. -
A Book I’d Recommend:
The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel van der Kolk – a foundational read for understanding trauma and its impact on the mind and body. -
Hobbies & Interests:
In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family, discovering new coffee shops around Nashville, and cozying up with a good novel when the house is quiet (which, with two young kids, isn’t often!). -
Favorite Novel:
Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens – beautifully written and deeply moving. -
Coolest Place I’ve Traveled:
I once hiked in the Blue Ridge Mountains during peak fall colors—it was one of the most peaceful and grounding trips I’ve ever taken.
